Epic fantasy. Eternal hope.
Follow ordinary heroes who discover redemption in their darkest hour-brought to life by a prayer-powered team of Christian creatives.
Christian author Caleb Ward wrote Downfall to wrestle honestly with doubt, hope, and the messy process of following Jesus. Now, in partnership with Divine Creative Ministries, his pages are leaping off the paper-scene by scene-into a fully animated series that will reach audiences who might never pick up a book but will gladly binge an adventure.
Not all who wander are found. The world of Downfall is beautiful, but fraught with danger and echoes of the past.
Power can be used to build or to break. Artifacts of old hold temptations and opportunities for the characters.
Amidst the conflict, moments of awe and divine encounter will shape the journey of our heroes.
Loyal and hardworking, Joshua battles inner fear, longing for security but is constantly pushed toward courageous faith.
Masking deep grief with fearless stunts, Dedecus blames God for his past and is tempted by a power that could rewrite his story.
A gifted dancer yearning to please God, Namid struggles under rigid expectations, hiding a quiet strength and repressed anger.
Jesus used parables; we use pixels. Every episode invites viewers to wrestle with grace, redemption, and hope, then points them back to Scripture and community.
The production doubles as a discipleship lab. Animators, writers, and sound designers meet weekly to pray, learn, and sharpen one another as much as their craft.
We're not Disney-so we lean on faith, open-source tools, and a worldwide volunteer team God keeps knitting together.
"By this everyone will know that you are My disciples-if you love one another." - John 13:35 NET
Before the first storyboard is sketched, we invest in the souls holding the pencils. Every Downfall production day begins with prayer, matches seasoned creatives with newcomers for life-on-life mentoring, and guards a culture of Christ-like love and accountability. A brilliant series without transformed hearts would be empty; the way we serve each other is the truest proof-and power-of the story we're telling.

Limited budget? Perfect. It keeps us reliant on God and resource-creative.
At the Christian Worldview Film Festival, God taught us so much through mentors like Stephen Kendrick. We were reminded that the true measure of success isn't in box office numbers or awards, but in how God moves in the hearts and lives of the crew during the creative process.
"What you remember most about creating for God is not the box office numbers, not the awards, but how God moved in the hearts and lives of your crew while working on the project. That is what really matters." - Stephen Kendrick
