Who We Are
Divine Creative Ministries (DCM) is a Texas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that exists to advance the Gospel through creativity and technology. We're a discipleship-centered family of filmmakers, animators, writers, developers, musicians, and storytellers who believe every creative gift can point people to Jesus.

Why We Exist
God is raising a new wave of creators who long to see the Great Commission fulfilled on screens, stages, and storyboards. DCM provides the community, training, and tools those creators need-so the next Rebecca, Caleb, or Sophia can meet Jesus through a podcast episode, an animated series, or be inspired by one of our films to serve in an unreached people group.

Our Story
How It All Started
Divine Creative Ministries was born out of a vision received during a life-changing month in Tajikistan. While in prayer, founder Bailey Mullens saw a picture of young Christian creatives working together to produce Gospel-centered media with global impact.
Just two days after returning to the U.S., Bailey was unexpectedly connected to a Christian law firm. Within weeks, they offered to establish our 501(c)(3) nonprofit completely pro bono-a divine provision that confirmed the vision and laid a strong legal foundation for everything that would follow.
From there, the pieces began to fall into place. A board of directors quickly formed, united by a shared heart for discipleship, technology, and creative evangelism. Together, we built a podcast studio, launched the Divine Creative App, and began assembling a diverse team of artists, storytellers, and developers.

Divine Creative Ministries is built on the gifts of believers who are willing to use their creativity for the glory of God. Whether you're an artist, developer, intercessor, or strategist, there's a place for you here. Below are just a few of the roles we're currently looking to fill. Each role is volunteer-based, collaborative, and rooted in prayer, spiritual formation, and Gospel-centered purpose.
Creative Roles
- Animator: Create visuals for original animated series, shorts, and curriculum.
- Video Editor: Edit podcasts, interviews, and creative films for clarity and impact.
- Graphic Designer: Design assets for social media, courses, events, and more.
- Voice Actor: Bring characters and narrations to life for animated or audio content.
- Writer / Script Developer: Craft devotionals, scripts, web copy, or story-driven content.
Media & Production
- Podcast Producer: Help coordinate and shape monthly newsletter episodes.
- Camera Operator: Assist in filming mission trips, interviews, and creative projects.
- Audio Engineer: Mix and master podcast episodes, animation soundtracks, or voiceovers.
- Photographer: Capture ministry events, behind-the-scenes, or missional documentation.
Tech & Innovation
- App Developer: Help build or refine tools like our Gospel Translator app.
- UI/UX Designer: Design clean, intuitive user experiences for Gospel-centered platforms.
- Systems & Ops Volunteer: Assist with internal tools, workflows, or automation.
Discipleship & Support
- Prayer Partner: Join our intercessory team and pray over projects, people, and partners.
- Discipleship Facilitator: Help lead small groups or mentor creatives through the "Created to Create" course.
- Theological Advisor: Ensure our work remains biblically faithful and Christ-exalting.
Communications & Community
- Social Media Coordinator: Curate and schedule posts that inspire and inform.
- Newsletter Writer: Contribute to our monthly updates with testimonies and news.
- Donor Engagement Assistant: Help steward relationships with supporters through stories, follow-ups, and updates.

- 2.If it's a good fit, we'll schedule a follow-up call.
- 3.You may be invited to collaborate with our creative or tech team, or receive coaching on next steps.
