Agreement to These Terms

By using the Divine Creative Ministries website, you agree to these terms. Divine Creative Ministries is a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

Use of the Site

You may use this site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, scrape it abusively, or use it to harass others or distribute spam or malware.

Donations

Donations are processed through a third-party payment processor (Payportal, built on Stripe); we never store your card numbers. Donations to Divine Creative Ministries are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by US law, and we issue receipts for your records.

Contributions are made voluntarily. Gifts designated for a specific project or fund are applied to that purpose where possible; if a project becomes fully funded or unworkable, we may redirect funds to where they are most needed, consistent with standard nonprofit practice.

Refunds: if a donation was made in error — a wrong amount, a duplicate charge, or an unauthorized payment — email hello@divinecreative.org within 30 days and we will refund it. You can change, pause, or cancel recurring giving at any time in the donor portal; cancellation stops all future charges immediately.

Newsletter and Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter you consent to receive a welcome email and periodic article and ministry-update emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.

Text Messaging Program

Divine Creative Ministries and its missionaries operate a text messaging program for ministry updates, donation receipts and thank-yous, and meeting reminders. Messages are sent only to supporters who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive them.

Message frequency varies and is typically one to four messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and you will receive no further messages; reply START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@divinecreative.org.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and your consent to receive messages are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes — see our Privacy Policy for details.

AI Chatbot

Our site offers an AI assistant for convenience. Its responses are generated automatically (messages are processed by OpenRouter, a third-party AI service) and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on the chatbot for legal, financial, medical, or tax advice, and do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Intellectual Property

The content on this site — articles, images, audio, video, and design — belongs to Divine Creative Ministries or its contributors unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to share links to our content. Please ask before republishing substantial portions; for most ministry purposes, we will gladly say yes.

Third-Party Services and Links

The site relies on third-party services (payment processing, email delivery, analytics, AI processing, and media hosting on AWS) and may link to external websites. Those services and sites operate under their own terms and policies, which we do not control.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep information accurate and the site running, but we make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all content is current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divine Creative Ministries is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date above will reflect the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
